Those are not Cuds. The coin appears to have hits or while flat was pressed between some metal rods.

My first thought is post-mint damage ( PMD). The edge pic (third in the OP) shows the reeding following the depression up and in. I don't see how that could happen in a Mint error.

The coin has been jammed or squeezed in between something,the depressions on opposite sides show the damAge done in this manner. PMD

It isn't anything worth value as an error. It may be an ejector problem where coin got hung up in collar/ejector/feeder finger of a second coin incompletely seated. Most likely it was squeezed and flipped/drug across some type of machinery other than die press.

Sure looks like PMD to me. I'd say save it if you want because it looks kinda cool, but it is only worth 10 cents so spend it otherwise.
