Yes, as long as you pay them the $60 (total) for the error attribution.

I'd guess 64, but 65 from PCGS.

I do believe they grade anything that's legit, as long as you pay the grading fees.

PCGS might 65 it. But a 1920 in 65 isn't a common coin.

The error would not increase the value, I don't think.

BUT keep in mind that an error coin can't be used in a registry set and might reduce potential buyers in the future.

They would grade it just as everyone here replied, but you will need to find the right buyer if you going to sell it, most 1920 struck coins are relatively sharp with many that exhibit FB. If you think it would get a high grade, than it would be worthwhile to get it grade.

Judging from the images, I'd guess the grade to be between 63-65 FB.

PCGS will not only refuse to grade, but refuse to slab, a lamination they feel has a chance of breaking loose in the slab. This is not meant to denigrate the coin, but to prevent the possibility of a detached lamination damaging the rest of the coin in a closed container, down the road.

This one's close to that.

I believe it would go FSB at PCGS but not NGC, who hold to a higher standard of strike and would see incompleteness of the verticals on the upper right of the fasces as disqualifying. If not AU58 (not enough information to be sure), it's an easy 65.

I like NGC for Mercs best anyway, simply because they hold Full Bands to a higher standard.
