looks ms62. nicely struck.

cannot see the left obverse fileds well and the surfaces look suspect there.

the main problem with this coin are the two dark spots on the reverse by the left wing of the eagle. it looks like someone took a lighter and put two burn marks on either side of the wing. Toning usually follows a rainbow progression. generally it doesn't go from bright, colorful toning to a large dark spot. maybe this looks better in hand but it will likely details the coin if it is not natural toning.

MS-62. The splotchy toning or staining definitely detracts.

I think there is enough rub on the breast to warrant an AU. So I'll say AU58, if it straight grades.
