1967 P Lincoln Cent Curved Clipped Planchet Found CRH!

Errers and Varietys Bedrock of the Community United States 74662 Posts	Posted 10/30/2017 6:51 pm I found this in a circulated bankroll from a bank box of U.S. Pennies. I'm very surprised that this was in circulation without being scooped up so quickly. It's one of my best Clipped Planchets ever found on a U.S. cent CRH! This was a great find. It's legit since it shows the Blakesley Effect and the correct characteristics for a Clipped Planchet. I was very happy finding this. Errers and Varietys. Report this Post to the Staff

Sorry if I took awhile to respond. I was at Chunky's watching the new Jigsaw movie. This find has put a big fat smile on my face since these are great and fun to find. Occasionally, people will unkowningly spend Clipped Planchets and eventually will show up into a coin collecter's hand. I also wonder what year is the most common to be spent with Clipped Planchets.
