Found crh, not sure what this is. Possible die crack in the date and its messing up the mint mark?

It looks like a damage,flattened 9 and damaged MM.

Bad PMD (Post Mint Damage) and bad environmental damage I think.

Incuse=damage. If it were a RPM/Over mint mark, it would be raised, not flattened:

It is the punching inwards on the die, that leaves a raised area on a coin. Yours shows a regular mint mark, with damage on the mint mark.
