MD I think because of the shadow like reflection. I'll let the experts chime in on this.
Errers and Varietys.

I had thought at first it was a "Squeeze pop" MD, but if multiple coins exhibit the same effect it has to be a compromised die. But how, and what is this. Just massive Die Deterioration and wall collapse of the details? Could this be the result of a mechanical mishap such as the die impacted a feeder mechanism or other part out of sync that caused the die to shatter? Too many questions, no answers!

Mostly MD and Die Deterioration and you have an issue with glare. If you can filter you light with out setting something on fire, you can diffuse the light source with bond paper, or a plastic grocery bag or tissue paper. When you get rid of glare, then you won't see so much reflection. Also makes it hard to tell what is going on with your coins. Low light close to what you are looking at can help you to see better without the glare. These are proof coins. But low light and different directions of light show different things. (the images are proof cents with Machine Doubling, not doubled dies)

I tried to black out my lights before it didn't work to well but I will definitely try I am very disappointed that my whole box looks to be DDD Should I even go through the rolls that are left you think I might find something worth keeping or should I just turn them in?

There are many places where there is clear splitting of the strokes at their ends - last two digits of the date; S in TRUST; RTY in LIBERTY. MD does not separate strokes.
Even though there are also places where it looks like "classic" MD, don't dismiss this as MD yet.

Every 2016 and 2017 cent I've seen looks just like this unless they've gone flat for some reason (abrasion, dirty, etc). I think it is definitely a result of glare on the pristine surfaces, especially at later die states. As some have suggested on other topics I would try adjusting your scope at an angle and explore alternate light sources on the new BU cents. This happens on new dimes and quarters as well, only worse, at least under my scope.
If you solve the problem I would certainly be interested in what you find out.
Edited for spelling as usual- little phone keyboard and big sausage fingers
