I just found this in a brand new roll of 2017 pennies. I think it's die cap, but I'm unsure. The coin in question is the one on the right. Does anyone know what I've found?   |

Well in this case, it is a Struck Through Grease error. Good call John1. I figured the reverse was normal. A keeper coin. I'll to add it to my educational images.  Edited by coop

First glance, either grease filled or die set up strike. Closer look, the rims seem fairly well formed so not a die set up, so it is a Greaser. |

"If" you send it in use ANACS. They cost the least. If it was mine I would put it in an Ait-Tite and label it properly. John1 |
