This one looks like a MAD on the obverse side, but it appears to be damaged on the reverse. Could this be caused by some sort of striking error, or is the coin just damaged

Looks like it was squeezed with a bit of pipe or a socket that altered the obverse and crushed the reverse. Note how the coin is out of round? They tried hard to make it look real. But guess what, there is no way the rim couple be normal on both sides before the coin was altered. PSD

Definitely damaged. Notice how it not only appears out of round it IS out of round. A MAD coin is still struck within the collar so even though it looks off it is still completely round. (Which can be demonstrated by placing a regular coin over it. The MAD coin will NOT stick out past the regular coin at any point.)
