Would Greatly Appreciate Your Guys Opinions On A Few Things About This Coin.

1. Are Those Cuds All Around The Rim On The Obverse Side Of The Coin?

2. Is A Weak Strike The Reason For The Fading Letters Or Just A Worn Coin?

3. Some Of The Letters Also Have A Smudged Appearance Is This Just From Die Deterioration?
