Second, that partial, inner ring of damage that goes through the date and most of the inscription on the rev appears to me to be damage from a rolling machine. The obv looks like there are a couple of spots on it. In both cases, these types of damage do not increase the value of your coin. This coin was on the end of a roll when it was wrapped. The crimping jaws made contact with the reverse of the coin as it rotated leaving this circle of damage cut parallel to the edge.
