New at this. Would this be the wounded eagle dollar or just scratches in that area? Thank you guys again!

It looks like a damage, a long scratch extending into the field travelling in between the Two Stars and pointing towards the O.
Your arrow on the left is pointing at another damaged area.
Here is what the actual Variety looks like:

Innies or outtie? In is PMD scratch, raised is die chip. Seems is only 1/2 to be wounded eagle

The angle is incorrect. The two raised areas above the breast is missing. The line looks incuse on that area. So that is not from that die. (Another image that needs a side by side and a description that I mentioned below the two images) Educational images for new collectors. Who knows when we will see this again?
