 Left obverse field is obscured by flash and a little grainy under magnification making the cheek hard to assess. There may be some horizontal stations on the cheek but can't be sure. Better pictures like your excellent reverse pic would enable a better assessment. Looks like 3 large water spots on reverse near the arrowheads and bow of the wreath. Based on fhese pics maybe 65. Nice.

Two small hits near jawline. Small hit under eye. Some water spots and luster breaks on bust and left obv field. Could be 64+ or 65. Likely still makes 65 at PCGS.
