The coin in your photo is without cents . AU-58 . Not sure if wear or some weak stars on obverse . Numerous die breaks both sides . Bad hit left side bottom of neck .

Very typical example. Finding one without die cracks or other "problems" is a real challenge.
This is one you want to find WITHOUT errors. Typical uneven and weak strike both obverse and reverse.
It's virtually impossible from photos only to judge 58 or 64, because the key high points are flat from the weak strike.
The fields, however, show no disturbance, so 64.

Thanks for all the opinions. A lot of different ones! I think this one needed in hand analysis. The eye appeal and luster probably bumped it to its grade. From what Ive seen, this type is a difficult one due to the common weak strikes and die cracks that can be mistaken for defects. Have a Merry Christmas and Happy Holiday!

In my opinion, this coin was slightly over-graded. I would give it MS-64, but not 65, as several marks keep it from 65 in my opinion. However, it's a nice coin, and is in great condition!

63. reverse looks pretty nicked up
