1908 Liberty Nickel With A Huge Obverse Lamination

Paul Bulgerin Pillar of the Community United States 3098 Posts	Posted 12/26/2017 7:53 pm I won this well-worn 1908 Liberty nickel on ebay today for a dollar. That is quite the obverse lamination going on. It obviously circulated for decades. I wonder if the lamination was there the whole time or if the coin's surface peeled off over time.
