I don't think that the coin has a lamination flaw. I believe it may have a copper plating flaw. To me, lams are associated with alloys, so a pure zinc core plated with pure copper should not create a lamination flaw.

Maybe ANACS can explain further?

Did you guys read the seller's description? I also believe that a zincoln can not have a lamination issue.

Perhaps it is a lamination of the plating. Is that a thing now?
