2005 West Virginia Possible Double Strike Quarter

Hello everyone I'm new to all of this. My sister found this quarter 2 days ago and we know nothing about it but we have never seen anything like this was hoping someone could help in maybe identifying if it's possibly a double strike or what exactly. Thank you. Right by the top left side you can see by United States of America quarter dollar backwards. The entire coon looks off center to me on both sides. Even the bac seems to have extra printing on it.

This coin was damaged by someone placing two coins between two pieces of wood, then hit hard with a large hammer. This makes mirrored incuse (sunk in) devices appear on both coins. Spendable.

@NF, first welcome to CCF. Second, yes I agree that this quarter was damaged after it left the mint. It looks kinda neat, so save it if you want, but it is only worth face value.
