this is a 1994p Roosevelt dime. I think it is a double die. What do you think?

I think it is just from a worn die as the so called "doubling" is moving towards the rim. Also know as Die Deterioration Doubling - DDD

to CCF. If you are talking about the rim,that is a minor MAD. The letters look more like MD or worn die not a doubled die.
