yep, I pulled out several rolls of old silver quarters and examined them all, took me most of the day.

i got my pix uploaded kind of out of order, so here's the details first, obv & rev pix last...

those seem to be lamination boogers, not die cracks..

Nice find! Those are all Lamination flaws. Pretty neat to research Quarters you went through already and find stuff, isn't it?

yeah! I bought most of them online somewhere, most likely, maybe grabbed some from a pawn shop up the keys or miami, I just don't know... but I gave them all a cursory going-over and stuffed them away, til today.

i have another dozen quarters to post pix of. lol, this'll likely take me a while.... whatever, i'm retired, I have time..

I'm leaning more towards struck through debris flakes on the coin. Unless a better image can connect these into a straight line pattern where most of the lamination has peeled off the coin?
