I'd say XF-40 and pretty nice, not too many marks. Shield lines and feathers 95% and most hair curls and full drapery line. Works for me, anyway. It's actually hard to find these this nice.

Obverse is only VF-25. Reeded Edge CBH are graded on a different standard than older series CBH. Compare this coin to Photograde examples. I'd grade it 25...maybe 30.
