It's a nice looking piece that probably makes AU50 by current grading standards. Traditionally this would be an Extra Fine and I'd grade it XF45 on these images.

I got a borderline coin like this I just sent in for grading. I'm keeping my fingers crossed but like yours it's probably xf-45.

The reverse probably makes a 50, but the hair has some flatness along with noticeable knee wear, and even the bottom of the "L" in LIBERTY shows a little wear.

AU50 sounds about right. reverse a little nicer than obverse but a decent 20C piece

I call this a Monday/Friday coin:

On Monday morning when the graders first show up at 8:30 am it would grade XF45....on Friday afternoon at 5:00 pm when the graders are ready to go home (or hit the bars) it would grade AU50.

Serious, it could go either way. Nice coin no matter how it grades!
