Much nicer obverse strike than normal with only a couple of stars not full. Center strike still strong. Reverse strike also nice. Original uncleaned surfaces. I like this toning. Couple of noticeable scratches without magnification, but nothing severe. 62, possibly 63, but th at might be a little optimistic.
