Did't say "first three"...I said "last three".

Okay, my mistake. I just figured that you'd combine orders to reduce shipping costs, but instead figured out how to get free shipping.

Enrolled products now get free shipping. So, if there were a way to get 3 enrolled products shipped early in the year (say January), then anything else you order after that would get free shipping. Essentially, you'd get free shipping on EVERYTHING you order from the Mint by doing this.

This year, it looks like the only way to do this would be to have been enrolled in 1) the Prf ASE (I'm not, don't collect ASEs), 2) the Prf clad ATB Quarters (I'm not, get these with the proof set) and then 3) ATB Quarter rolls or bags (only want the UNC S and don't want to get a roll to get the one I want).

So, I guess I'll have to wait until I get what I am enrolled in (Proof Set, Ag Proof Set, Mint Set) and then see if there's anything I want to order.

Ummmm...no

Enrollments are not part of the requirement. ALL purchases count...no need for ANY enrollments. You CAN wait for an enrollment(s) but not a necessity. If you do not collect many products then it will still take three orders this year to qualify.

All your orders (web, phone, or enrollment) count toward your minimum order total.

No need to wait for combo orders to save on shipping anymore

Waiting for three enrollments to fulfill would be the best option, assuming there are no other products you need to have quickly (or that will sell out) during the first part of the year. But as BadDog pointed out, it all depends on what you collect. At least for me, the more interesting items not included in enrollments come out later in the year, so hopefully I should have accumulated free shipping by then.

Oops...correct. I got an email from the Mint explaining the "free after three" thing and assumed I also saw it here....
Understood.
