Looks like a struck through thread. All one piece. It looks like it folds over the rim at 6:00 on the reverse. (12:00 on the obverse)

Laminations are usually in a straight line.

Does it go from rim to rim? I can't tell and I'm far less knowledgable than those that already replied but it looks to me like a split die!
Rest in Peace

There's no shift it depth of die to be a split die, this jagged line is all incused, including inside the deeper devices. It was something in the way of making an imprint. Interesting it went to both sides of the planchet. Must have adhered after the washing of the finished planchet. Jaggedness seems more of a fiber than a hair.
Rest in Peace

Thread and wired can be struck into the faces and the edge of the coin. I can see where this happened on the images.
Rest in Peace
