I need to see it in hand to be 100% sure. It's better than fine but whether it's VF-20 or 25 I can't tell based on the pics. I like the nice round head and other details but others seem worn which is why I need to see it.

What is the mark on the left leg that looks like an X? If that isn't a gash or scratch, it is a VF20 or 25 coin. I can't quite make out the status of the drapery on the right leg and how flattened out that area is, but the head, shield, date and rims look good.
