@KBM, yes looks filled to me, although a close-up pic in focus would help to confirm.

Still can't tell for sure, but I'd say "filled".

It would be filled if the post was broken off. If it were a grease filled example, the mint mark would be smaller and shorter or if the grease was a total fill, nothing would appear. So I feel it is a broken post issue.
