I think it sneaks up on 50. Very nice example. I've liked some of the toned pieces you've shown a little better.

Ef-45 and that may be generous. Going off of what MikeF said, this coin has fields that don't look natural; and very "washed out". My guess is that this coin has been over dipped and thus removed of almost all original patina, and even worse most of its luster. Though most over dipped examples that I have seen tend to straight grade, they also tend to be knocked down quite a few points; and seeing as this example has almost no luster, I can't realistically grade this coin any higher than the EF range. However I do still like this example for the strike quality and clean fields that most other examples that I have seen tend to lack.
