It appears to be AU but I'd need some larger images for what AU.

Solid 55. Lack of any toning does not necessarily mean cleaned or dipped and this one doesn't appear to have suffered from either.

Reverse fields look to have extensive parallel scratches. Looks like it was wiped. I'm on the borderline between au58 and Au details cleaned/scratched.

Nah, the scratches on the reverse are a combination of my subpar photography skills and meh lighting. In hand there's no scratches. I gotta get better lamps

flow lines radiate out to the rims. they don't swirl around the coin like they do in this example. despite the light shining more directly on the coin, I can still see the scratches. also something weird going on around the designer's initial on the obverse.
