This looks like an AU in terms of detail. I see some flatness on the eagle's breast and talons and discoloration on Washington's cheek that I would attribute to light wear. IGWT is lightly impressed as is pretty typical for the date. I would expect some luster on a coin with this much detail and I don't see any, but maybe that's due to the photo.

There appears to be a bit of dirt at the mintmark but nowhere else. This could be a sign that a cleaning was performed which removed all the rest of the dirt but missed that one spot. The patchy discoloration around RTY of LIBERTY and the light spots around the date might be additional indicators of cleaning.

The 1932-D quarter is commonly faked by adding a D mintmark. Your coin has a mintmark of the proper shape ("square, tall, and angular", according to the PCGS Guide). The photo doesn't show it but there should also be many fine die polish lines in the area around the mintmark. If these are present the coin is likely genuine. Personally I would prefer to purchase an example that has been slabbed by PCGS, NGC, ANACS, or ICG to ensure authenticity.
