1982 D Quarter....i Have No Idea, Error?

I see several letters where the little post on the die has broken off thus allowing the metal to fill in the center part (e.g. the D mintmark). Also, I think that those vertical striations in the metal that radiate out toward the rim are the result of a very heavy Die Deterioration (VLDS). Errers and Varietys Bedrock of the Community United States 74355 Posts	Posted 02/06/2018 10:33 pm It has multiple Die Chips in the letters and very heavy die flow lines, meaning it's in a Very Late Die State. I would still keep it because it is very interesting and a great example of Die Deterioration as well. Errers and Varietys. Report this Post to the Staff

There is at least heavy wear on some devices. Full coin pics of both sides would be beneficial and appreciated.
