Well that area is affected with a die clash.

It not a big thing. The plating looks pretty much raised a bit on the coin. So that maybe more of the issue. Some oddities don't bring a premium. More of a coin issue, not a die issue.

The subtle elevation on Lincolns neck is not a stain only certain angles it appears to look like a stain. The coin was minted with this slight elevation on the neck.
Can anyone tell me what this would be classified as?
