Unc details scratched. Looks like there are several obverse scratches, most prominently near liberty's left bicep, and a cluster of scratches in the right obverse. There is also a prominent reverse scratch from the E in STATES to the eagle's beak. I would seek a better example. Unfortunate as the coin looks like it has a great strike and great luster.

Hard to tell from the pictures but I would say between AU 58 - MS 62.

My guess would be MS62+, possibly 63.

MS61 by ICG. After closer examination of the scans, I can see what Ns is saying about the scratches. Particular in the right obverse field. May be worth taking a gamble to see if it looks better in hand.
