Found tis in a roll today. Based on all the info I have read I think it is a VF or XF. What do you folks think and why?

VF - too scratchy and looks to have wear -although nice toning is confusing. I am not an expert on U.S. coins but I do try..

I, too, would have to say, Very Fine-20

Cheek and jaw well seperated, if it wasn't for the dings it might have been EF.

I have to concur. I would say VF 25 but the dings scratches and lack of mint luster preclude xf in my mind.

The best I would go is F-20. That is giving a bit more than I would normally give.. I'm in a good mood today! Tomorrow?
