The grease in the die makes the devices wider. On your coin the tops of some of the motto and the '0' on the date is affected. So the die may have been wiped down with a cloth pushing the grease to the outside device of the die.

The
Grease Fill prevents the upper part of the devices (which is thinner at the top so the coin will separate from the die after the strike) which creates wider looking devices. (IE: zero on the date)
