To me MS 64 FB. Plenty of luster, but the dark spots on the Obverse reduces the eye appeal slightly. A very nice coin that should be welcomed in any collection.

Can you tell if this coin was in a pendant mount at some point? Trying to figure out what the rim issues may be or if there is an anomaly in the photos.

Bump111- This coin is inside an early PCGS slab. Those "mounts" you are seeing are a part of the slab.

I would love to agree with the majority , but I can't seem to tell if her wings and hair is a weak strike or wear . Either way it's FSB .
