Hello I am new to this forum so I apologize if my post is out of place. My question is about a coin I found. It is a 1959 Mexican diez centavos and it looks like it was stamped through. I'm not familiar with these coins and would like a little insight or education on this coin. Thank you in advance for any help and I Do you provide. Thanks Steve.

Neither. It seems like a vise job. With somebody deviously pressing a reverse of another coin against the coin you have.
No waste at all.

A vise job. PMD

On the obverse, starting at the A and going back to the C in Centavos you can see the backward impression of ESTADOS from another $1 that was pressed against it. You can also see the snake impressed in the head.
