I can't tell if the leaves on the reverse are worn on the high points are worn or weakly struck.

Obverse only: MS63.

I'd be at 64 too. I've been after one for my type set for quite some time, preferably NGC 64, and this one would have met my needs.

That single tiny cheek scratch doesn't drop it three points.

Loss of detail towards to bottom of the feathers, diamonds, and date. Die wear? Cause to be at 63
