Darned nice strike. That alone is a big plus. Lovely cheek, nice breast feathers. Good solid 65. No hint of cleaning or dipping.

Left obverse field looks bothersome to me, so I'll say 64.

Pictures make it hard to tell the amount of bag marks in the left obverse field. From these pics I think MS-64 or 65, but will wait for better pics.

MS-63 easily and likely MS-64
I agree that it is hard to tell from these images.
I would like to see several images of the obverse with the light coming from different angles.

From the images provided, I'll go MS-64. With the CC bump, I would not be surprised to see it in an MS-65 holder. Looks like it's well struck, but I don't see much luster (could be the images). These can come really nice and frosty too, I would pass on this piece.

Maybe its the plastic cover, but I see some marks in the field and the overall luster isn't there for me. I would give it MS-62 max.
