I think AU-58, but it's hard to see if there is wear from these pics. May be MS-61 or higher.
Rest in Peace

Sorry, Mike, but that's not one I like. The milky peripheral toning isn't something I appreciate.

Only tiny hints of rub, so 58.

Looks 58 to me. Luster appears muted in the fields.

I'll join the crowd at AU-58.
Not a fan of the toning though.

Another vote for 58 based on slight rub on breast and thigh. Toning is very dramatic and unusual, probably inspires "love it or hate it" reactions. If there is good underlying luster I think I'd love it.
Obverse surfaces have a slight granular look and I see some small bumps on Liberty's neck. Rusted die effect, perhaps?

I don't really see any wear to be honest. I'll say 63, shot 64.

I love the toning. Much better than some of the cleaned/dipped examples I've seen.

I'm not a fan of the toning on this one either. the toning is also making it difficult to discern between a slight amount of wear and an MS piece. if could go either way. AU58 or MS63. I'm leaning towards MS

Reverse is telling my eyes this coin is MS - NO rub on the upper/leading edges of the wings or on the brow of the eagle's head. Combined with no rim ticks/nicks/hits.......

This is a slabbed coin. Curious - has it ever been to CAC?

Will be interesting to see the grade.

I see no indications of rub or wear. MS-63.
