I have checked around and have not been able to identify this coin.
I think it is Greek, but probably I am in the wrong commercial.
Any help would be appreciated in identification!

You're close, but the "Latin" letters on obverse and reverse give this one away as being Roman. This one is actually from the Republic period, 41 BC, just before the coinage became fully "imperatorial". Here's an example sold on FORVM.

Sap,
Once again you are right on the mark.
And as always - I was close?

Sap,
I checked my Sear series on Roman coins and could not find this example.
Hopefully I will become better acquainted with identification. I have a lot to learn.
THANX again for your assistance

It's listed in my Sear (Roman Coins and their values, Vol. I, millennium edition) as number 499, which gives a reference in the older "Roman Silver Coins" as Claudia 15. CV (2000) in VF given as US$128.
