Too much out of focus to get a good look at the surface texture, then offer an opinion cast fake, struck fake, or genuine.
Also would be good to post a nice sharp picture of the edge in a couple of places.

It looks like a coin of Alexander the Great. Not Athenian. The rounded legend is not normal for coins of this time period and culture. If you let us know how large it is, we could tell you the denomination.

@conizguy, first welcome to CCF. Second, could you please post a couple pics of the edge of this coin? (In focus would be awesome.)

Please post size and weight of the coin if you can. Clearer pictures will help also. This coin appears to be a genuine Alexander III and is a life time strike.

The left field monogram, the "M" monogram below the throne, and the legend line below the throne, as well as the curved legend line at right, all point to the Myriandros or Issos mint. For comparison:

It is a tetradrachm of Alexander the Great from Myriandros as Bob said , dated 330/325 ( cfr Echizento ), so a very ealy tetradrachm of Al.
Do you have better photo's ? because I have the impression it is a fourree , see the stool , the beard. albert
