Coin # 1 is 17mm and has the word YADIGAR on it. Coin #2 is 20mm. Any help is appreciated.

The first piece seems unlikely to be a coin, but perhaps is rather a token. Yadicar is (was?) a prominent electronics retailer located in Caracas, Venezuela.

The second is pretty obviously rendered in Arabic, and I can discern the numeral "2" on it, which may represent its denomination. But offhand I don't recognize it.

That's all I've got, sorry I can't be of more help.

Colligo ergo sum
Rest in Peace

Your first "coin" isn't one. It seems to be a token, used in Turkish tradition celebrations. The english word Yadigar is a person/entity involved in art customs.

Your second I wonder if it is also a coin of possibly Turkey (Ottoman?)with the star circle and what appears to be Arabic script.

Ottoman is correct! But it is a token rather than a coin. Although, some of these 20 para pieces from 1913 apparently circulated like regular money.

Second one is indeed a Galata token.

It wonders me that that token is not better known on this site....

@dave1941 - The Galata Bridge is in Istanbul, Turkey. The 20 Para token was the fee, in 1913, to allow 'load-bearing' animals to cross the bridge. The second 'coin' is one of these tokens.
