Half Cent Type Draped Bust Type. Can You Determine The Date?

I have it on loan from my LCS, and I am trying to determine if a date is discernible by you guys, because I cannot be sure. I have the obverse and reverse, plus a close up of where the date would be. In this condition, can you determine the date and what might be a fair offer to the LCS? The only reason I would want it is because I do not have this type. In this condition, not much value I presume, but I do want to some up with a number. Report this Post to the Staff
