I cant get a better picture but it seems to have doubling on the heads side of the coin. With my luck its only Strike Doubling because the s mintmark looks the same.

@Igotit, sorry but to help we are going to need better pics. Please rotate and crop to the edges of the coin. Also, please take a close-up of the area that seems doubled. When I blow up your current pics, they become too pixelated to see the doubling. Showing both sides of the coin, even when you are focused just on one side is usually a good idea too. Thx.

The overall size looks normal. The 1968-1972 cents had a lot of Machine Doubling on them. They are not doubled dies. just device reduction after the strike. On the big doubled die, you would be able to see it because the devices are really enlarged:

Less than 100 known for these, but there are probably many more out there. But your coin is just a normal coin with probably MD.
If LIBERTY looks like this then it for sure:

A lot of these images are from those years of MD.
