1924-P-SLQ-Possible-Clash-MarkThis 1924-P SLQ looks like it has a slightly curved clash maek from the tip of the fourth feather from the end of the eagle's left wing. It is quite pronouced and runs to the junction of the T and E in STATES. Using an overlay it does not appear to line up. It akso looks like there is a slight die break from the base of the T to the E to the S.
Any comments or ideas from our esteemed members? Thanks in advance

They all look like die cracks to me, but I'll wait for the experts.

Seeing as they have already commented, I'll add in my Two Cents. It does look like perhaps a tiny die crack in the inscription linking the T and E in STATES. As far as the linear area coming off of the wing, I can't tell from your pic if it is incuse or in relief. If it is the former, then it is probably PMD, but if it is the latter, then I agree with @john1 that it is most likely a die gouge. I don't see how it could be a die clash if it doesn't line up when you do the overlays.

Agree with die gouge. Unless it's a badly rotated die, I don't see anything on the reverse that would cause a clash there.
