I have not seen the ICCS population lately but I think it is well through 100. Given that population, you should see them come up for sale. But you don't see them, so I would guess that someone is hoarding them. 5 or 10 came up for sale on ebay about 5 years ago and they sold from around 1000 to around 2500. One resold a year or two ago for 2500 to 3000. If I were you I would wait. Sooner or later the hoard will come out.

I think that's the one a Hamilton dealer found a part case of them, so eventually these will come onto the market place, there was a story about this coin in the CCN a few years ago

John100, I think the Hamilton dealer story was about the 2006 no P no logo magnetic cent. The value of that coin has been under pressure since that story came out.

Thread revival.
I chose this thread because I'm on the hunt for the two more elusive varieties. I've checked out j&m, coins and Canada, and my 2019 catalogue. I'm throwing it out to the public to see what they all see.
What are you all seeing in the most current market values on these two small cents?
I met someone the other day that has both these coins. I contacted him today regarding price and pictures which he is sending me tomorrow. Trying to do my due diligence and get as informed as I can before dealing with him.

I noticed the prices on the ebay. The Coins-and Canada sounds high. Didn't haxby list MS63 @ $300?

These are both hoarded coins where true value is less than the sale values. Sooner or later the hoards will come out and prices will fall.
2006P non mag is very very hard coin to find. Probably 200 exist. They sell for around 2000 but given the history of selling I suspect someone out there owns 100+ and sooner or later will sell. When that happens, watch out.
The 2006 is way easier to find. A Hamilton dealer has a huge hoard to sell. They sell now at around 300 in MS65 but will sell for less sooner or later.
