Going through some old dimes and found this. Not sure if it is a striking error. But the pressure was applied evenly on both sides. You can see where the lines were not as pernounced are in the same spot on the flip side. Also around the edge of the coin there are anomolies that wouldnt be caused by someone cutting it. Looking for some info. Probably a long shot for a strike error but I dont know. I have no clue how to use the photo editor thingy I will email a picture to you. I tried for 30 min to use that photo editor I dont have the patience.

@liberty1776, first welcome to CCF. Second, I'm really sorry that you are having trouble uploading your pics to this thread. I know that you have tried a bunch of stuff, but have you looked at the tutorial here: https://www.coincommunity.com/forum...g-images.aspWithout pics, it will be really hard for us to help you.

@liberty1776, it sounds to me like the problem might be that the files are too large and so you have to cut them down to 300 KB and therefore end up with only half your coin. This photo optimizer might help: https://www.coincommunity.com/image-optimizer/Specific to your question, sorry but that sort of communication isn't allowed when you first come on board. I'm hoping that you can post your pics! Edit: how about posting the pic showing half your coin? There might be enough there for us to help offer our opinion!

MAD misaligned dies are normal coining effects, just an adjustment is all, no real value or error.

Unfortunately, we can't help without pics. Otherwise, it's only guessing. I only use my phone for posting, so I know it can be done.
