It is but not the valuable kind of doubling. Is called Die Deterioration Doubling.

Actually- no - it isn't a doubled die. There is doubling - but not a result of the die being hub doubled. Yours is caused by Machine Doubling.

I just checked Wexler's site, he has no listing for the SBA dollars doubled dies. The division doesn't even show up. So they are duds for doubled dies.

Variety Vista only shows two DDOs no DDRs
