Hey! I found this 1982-d zinc small date Lincoln Cent. The mintmark is obviously doubled...does this error have a fs# for NGCs? Thanks ahead for input!

EDIT - looks like a zinc gas bubble.

to CCF. It is zinc rot, not an RPM. No added value.

The real cause that started the problem is split plating. Happens often on the 80's mint marks. The zinc is the exposed. Now the coin will continue to break down with zinc rot.
