Are these seller pics? Can't tell whether that's a big divot in the lower neck with the out of focus photo.

I'd like to see better pics to tell the extent of the damage on the lower neck.

Could be MS-65, but as others mentioned it is hard to tell if that is a gouge in the neck area with these photos

I was an online auction from the big gorilla in the space. I am sure it is the same coin and I don't think the seller intended to deceive. Just not a great picture taker. It's tough. This coin is in a holder that indicates it was retailed by a Minneapolis coin shop on Hennepin called the New York Mint which closed a while back. This is a better date, so I am sure it is worth more than what I paid.
