Could be MS-65, but as others mentioned it is hard to tell if that is a gouge in the neck area with these photos

I was an online auction from the big gorilla in the space. I am sure it is the same coin and I don't think the seller intended to deceive. Just not a great picture taker. It's tough. This coin is in a holder that indicates it was retailed by a Minneapolis coin shop on Hennepin called the New York Mint which closed a while back. This is a better date, so I am sure it is worth more than what I paid.
