It looks like post mint damage. The coin is well circulated.

It's PMD. I would post some more of those error coins you got just in case they're also PMD.

Ok guys thanks for the responses. Here's what I got 23 error coins mostly clips with a couple other errors for $26. I'm kinda upset by the way they were shipped, some of them have fresh scrapes. Should I send these back? Thanks again guys for you're time. The ones I'm not suspicious of: The ones I am suspicious of: And two I really like:

I think the '26 and '52 LWCs are legit clips, just in bad shape. That '37 lam is dramatic!

Thanks Spruett that lam is a really nice one. I think that 52 will clean up nicely. The 26 is scrap. I think it got hit with corrosive.
What about the 36D I'm thinking it is an incomplete planchette?

Send it back and he will probably give you the line? I'm still waiting for it. I had that happen once. $45 worth of coins. he said he never received it. He asked if I had it insured? I mentioned what for? Its only worth 6 cents. No refund ever recovered. I gave him a negative. He was not happy with that. I asked if he wanted 5 more. (Bought 6 auctions and all the RPMs were wrong) He did not answer back.

Quote: What about the 36D I'm thinking it is an incomplete planchette? It may be some sort of planchet flaw, but it's really difficult to tell in that condition.

That 1918s was used for something, I think it may have been a toy on a string, wizzer or something. It was made that way on purpose, not a tool I can think of. The 36d is damage, the IH isn't a clip, damaged? The 52 and 45 are damaged, not errors, two of the 41'a & 17 are damaged, rest are clips/lams. Hope you paid less than $20...

Some look like they could be PMD. Could you post close up photos of the edge of the clips on the 1952 LWC and the 1903 IHC?

The contact mark makes me think this is not an incomplete planchet, but is PSD.

Thanks guys. They were blurry pics and I was hoping to score something they didn't pick up on. I will contact the seller.
